These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pretvori račun at https://pretvori-racun.si (the “Demo”), operated by Genetic codes, razvoj informacijskih rešitev, d.o.o. (“Genetic codes”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing the Demo or clicking Parse (or equivalent) after uploading a file, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Demo.

2. What the Demo is
The Demo is a free, public evaluation tool that lets you try our invoice parsing technology. It is not a production service, not professional advice (tax, legal, or accounting), and not a substitute for your own review of invoices.
Buttons labelled for export or accounting integration (for example eSlog 2.0 or e-računi.com) are demonstrations only. They open a form to request production access; they do not perform real export or import in the Demo.
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Demo at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You may not use the Demo where prohibited by law.
4. Your uploads and responsibilities
You are responsible for what you upload and for complying with laws that apply to you (including data protection and confidentiality).
You agree that:
- You upload only invoices and content you have the right to share with us for this Demo (e.g. your organisation’s data, anonymised samples, or content with permission).
- You prefer test or redacted invoices when evaluating; if you upload real invoices, you do so at your own risk.
- You will not upload unlawful content or data you are not authorised to disclose.
- You will not upload special-category data (e.g. health data) unless you have a lawful basis to do so; we do not intend the Demo for such use.
- You will not attempt to disrupt the Demo, bypass rate limits, or probe our systems without permission.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data.
5. Licence you grant us
You retain ownership of your uploads. By uploading, you grant Genetic codes a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce, and process your uploads and resulting parser output only as needed to operate the Demo and secure it, for the periods described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Results and disclaimer
Parsing is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that:
- the Demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
- parsed fields will be accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose;
- the Demo will meet your requirements.
Do not rely on Demo output for compliance, filing, payment, or business decisions. You must independently verify any output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights in the EU).
Subject to the above, Genetic codes and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Demo.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Demo is limited to EUR 0 (zero), reflecting that the Demo is provided free of charge for evaluation.
8. Abuse prevention
We may apply technical measures (including per-IP rate limits and Google reCAPTCHA) and refuse or throttle requests we consider abusive. See the Privacy Policy for related data processing.
9. Intellectual property
The Demo software, branding, and documentation (excluding your uploads) are owned by Genetic codes. These Terms do not grant you any licence to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Demo as offered.
10. Third-party services
The Demo may load Google reCAPTCHA after you make a choice in our cookie banner. Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to that service.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and explains how we process personal data.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
